ALBAN INSTITUTE: The session has engaged with the Alban Institute to help us develop plans for the next generation of our growth as a congregation.  Alban is a recognized leader in the field of congregational guidance and has a broad range of experience in helping churches recognize the strengths they need to leverage and the gaps they need to fill to grow and prosper as a community of faith.  In preparation for this dialog, we’ve been gathering opinions from many of you via survey and interview, and Ed White from Alban will be with us on December 17th and 18th to listen and learn.  If you’d like to participate in a roundtable discussion on the evening of the 17th at 7:00, or meet with Ed 1-on-1 during the day on the 18th, please contact Mike Jenkins at mjenkins@trinsum.com to coordinate schedules and logistics.

CHRISTMAS FLOWERS AND MUSIC: Contributions are being accepted in memory/honor of loved ones for both the Music Fund and the Flower Fund. Their names will be listed in the bulletins for the 4 PM and 9 PM services on Christmas Eve. Please have your contributions (of any amount) to the church office no later than Monday, December 17. Remember to include your name as well as the names of those people you wish remembered. Be sure to stipulate either the Flower or Music Fund.

GIFTS OF CHRISTMAS  2007: It is that time of year when we receive numerous catalogs in the mail, but the most important catalog in your mailbox is the Gifts of Christmas!! We have 28 organizations and 197 items to choose from that will bring much happiness and meaning to many deserving people throughout our community. You still have 3 Sundays to buy your amazing angels: Today, December 16th and December 23rd.  Please help to remember the true meaning of Christmas this holiday season!!
