THANKS FOR THE FOOD! On May 21 and 22, I delivered your 127 bags of groceries to the Directors of Pivot House, Harrison Apartments, Manna House, The Wilton Food Pantry, and the Lower Fairfield Food Bank. David Graybill has already received letters of appreciation addressed to you, the congregation, for your generosity. Your food is on the tables of the men, women and children who need it. I am proud to attend a church whose members are so ready to help anyone as soon as they hear of a need. I am fortunate, too, to have as my minister a man, a mentor, a friend who listens to my projects with such enthusiasm, encourages me, and provides his pulpit for me to talk about what I feel are the workings of God in my life. One more thing. Many of you have asked to see a picture of my friend, Captain David, the boy from Brooklyn. I have posted his picture on the bulletin board, for a week or two, along with a few of the emails he has sent to me these past two years. Thank you, Rob Wilkinson, Foodmobile Volunteer
