STUMPJUMPING &
SANDSTORMS: Members of WPC, St.
Matthew's and Scout Troop 125 came together on Saturday April 7th for an
incredible day-before-Easter work day. Sand was removed from the parking lot,
flowers were planted, the playground was raked, stone walls were rebuilt,
gravel mounds were moved and one great big ornery tree stump was
pulled out of the ground. Part of this band of
volunteers first spent time doing cleanup at St. Matthew's cemetery before
joining this work in progress. The day was a great mix of
participation, conversation, calculation and exertion. Thanks to every one
of you that pitched in. Thanks for your time, talent and tools.True
fellowship was evident as you prepped the property for a glorious Easter
Sunday.
